subsidiary of Negara Properties Berhad
on a 3.3 acres of freehold land along
Jalan 6/4 Taman Melawati. Access is

It consists of two tower blocks of

venture company between the property
divisions of both Sime Darby and Brunsfield.
The freehold mixed development is divided
into 6 phases on 15.78 acres of prime land
